About Us

Khac is the proud owner of Khac’s kitchen, a minority, woman-owned small business nestled in Haltom City, TX. Khac grew up eating delicious Laotian desserts and snacks before immigrating to the United States in the 80s. She began to experiment and successfully recreate these fun flavors in her own kitchen, according to family and friends.

She wanted to share the foods that embodied the memories of her hometown in Vientiane, Laos. However there was a lot of time, space, labor (and love!) required to craft her favorite confections, so she opened up Khac’s Kitchen in 2019 as a way to share the joy of Laotian food with the DFW metroplex.

Khac’s Kitchen specializes in providing wholesale pricing options for our products to businesses. Today, Khac sells her products in over 15+ retail stores across North Texas and now offers a catering menu available for weekend pickups to make your weddings, parties, and any other special occasion even more memorable. We believe that food is not just about nourishment, but also about bringing people together and sharing experiences.
