Catering Orders:

  • All catering orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  • Prices for catering products and services are clearly displayed on our website. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and charges.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept debit cards, credit cards, apple pay, and paypal. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

  • Requested changes order changes must be made within 48 hours. We may charge a fee or withhold a portion of the payment for changes requests made outside the specified timeframe.

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 4:00 PM one day prior to the scheduled pick up time without penalty. Any cancellations made after 4:00 PM one day day prior to the scheduled pick up time will be charged the full order amount. For example, if you place an order for pickup on Tuesday at 12:00 PM, you must cancel by 4:00 PM on Monday to avoid being charged the full order amount.

  • For pick up, please ensure that it is collected at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the order after pick-up.

Quality and Allergens:

We take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. However, please note that bakery products may contain nuts, gluten, dairy, or other allergens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any specific dietary requirements or allergies when placing an order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products.

Intellectual Property:

Content Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Khac’s Kitchen LLC unless otherwise noted. Any use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of our content on our website requires our prior written consent.

We may incorporate select images on a few pages under the Unsplash Free Commercial License. These images are used in accordance with the terms of the Unsplash Free Commerical License and are not considered part of our owned content.
