Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are pick up by appointments only and do not offer delivery at this time.

  • Catering orders must be placed 5 days in advance of pickup.

  • When you place your order, your payment is submitted at that time.

    We accept most major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) for payment.

  • Changes to orders must be made within 48 hours. We may charge a fee or withhold a portion of the payment for changes made outside the specified timeframe.

    To request a change in your order, please contact info@khacskitchen.com and our catering team will assist you!

  • Khac’s Kitchen understands that your plans can change, and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your catering order’s pick up time date and time.

    • Orders can be cancelled up to 4:00 PM one day prior to the scheduled pick up time without penalty.

    • Any cancellations made after 4:00 PM one day prior to the scheduled pick up time will be charged the full order amount.

      • For example, if you place an order for pickup on Tuesday at 12:00 PM, you must cancel by 4:00 PM on Monday in order to avoid being charged the full order amount.

    • To cancel an order, please contact us at info@khacskitchen.com

  • Please email us at infro@khacskitchen.com with your order number and request to cancel. Cancellations will be confirmed with a reply email.

  • We run several promotions throughout the year.

    • If the promotion does not list a promotional code, it will be automatically applied when your order meets the offer qualifications

    • Other offers that specify a promo code require that the code be entered at checkout
